Beste BIZ deelnemers van The Olympic Amsterdam,
In week 44 (vanaf maandag 28 oktober) gaat leverancier Homan de feestverlichting weer plaatsen in het gebied. Locaties zijn hetzelfde als vorig jaar en als alles volgens plan gaat zal aan het einde van de week alles weer staan, hangen en branden
Dit komt goed uit omdat in het weekend van 26 en 27 oktober de wintertijd ingaat met het achteruitzetten van de klok. Dit betekent dat het ’s avonds sneller donker is. Met de plaatsing van de verlichting brengen we niet alleen sfeer, maar ook letterlijk licht in het donker en kijken we vast een beetje vooruit naar de feestdagen!

Dear BIZ participants of The Olympic Amsterdam,
In week 44 (starting Monday, October 28th), supplier Homan will be installing the festive lighting in the area again. The locations will be the same as last year, and if everything goes according to plan, all the lights will be up and shining by the end of the week.
This is perfectly timed, as daylight saving time begins on the weekend of October 26th and 27th, with the clocks going back. This means it will get dark earlier in the evening. By installing the lights, we not only create ambiance but also literally bring light into the darkness as we look ahead to the holiday season!
